This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share data through our products and services through this application named InstantIngot (the “App”). We provide you with this privacy policy to share the steps we take to ensure the security of your data when utilizing the App. This privacy policy describes the types of information we collect when you use the App, how we use and protect that information, how long we retain it, and with whom we share it. It also explains what your privacy rights and options. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy policy.

1. Collection of your personal data

When you use the App, you give us your personal data directly through your interaction with the App so that we can provide a decent loan service to you. Personal information we collect through your active provision may include: (1)full name, (2)date of birth, (3)gender, (4)residential address, (5)telephone number, (6)emergency contacts, (7)ID information, (8) beneficiary's bank account information.

We may also collect information from your device automatically in the backstage. The information and permissions we collect includes:

(1) location, we collect your geo-location information when the App is running in the foreground so as to auto-fill your address data.

(2) camera, we will require your authorization to access your camera to take photos of your face and necessary KYC documents.

(3) calendar, we may access your calendar to remind you the due date of repayment.

(4) storage, we may read your files on the storage when it is needed to upload any requisite documents for the loan application process.

(5) media & files, we require the media and files permission that allows the App to enable you to upload photos or documents to complete the application form during your loan application journey.

(6) phone information, we will collect device information to help us identify your user profile and recommend suitable products, which includes device brand, model, operating system version, device network environment, WiFi, device status, application software information, mobile phone number, device memory information.

All of the above data will not be retained permanently and will be deleted after use.

2. Ways that we process your data

To manage and develop the App, we need information from you, which includes personal information. The purpose of processing this personal data includes: (1) assisting you with the registration and verification process; (2) loan application; (3) product and/or service demonstration; (4) enhancing the security of our product and/or services; and (5) taking effective measures in solving any issues you may meet by using our product and/or services in a timely manner.

3. Sharing of your Personal Data.

We will take utmost care to ensure that your personal data is not shared without your permission. We may share your personal data to the extent allowed by applicable laws to the following subjective:

(1) authorized employees of our company and its affiliates, including our company’s auditor or external auditors, financial cooperative institutions, and/or third parties that are related to our company;

(2) the Credit Bureau (a type of credit reporting agency);

(3) the governmental authorities conducting legal investigation or legal actions;

(4) the third-party cooperative institutions, including fund lenders, payment partners, post-loan partners, third-party verification service providers, messages service providers, call-out service partners;

(5) sharing to other subjective in accordance with laws, government orders, or regulatory requirements.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. We will hold your personal data only for as long as is required by law and necessary to allow the purpose for which the data is collected and used.

(2) the right to withdraw your consent that has been given to us at any time pursuant to the methods and means prescribed by you;
